Be warned though, while IncrediMail should be commended for creating a capable and safe emailing system, there have been some issues recorded with backing up archives.

Because IncrediMail is freeware, unless you’re willing to pay for an upgrade there are some pretty noticeable drawbacks; your outgoing emails will contain advertisements in them and your browser and homepage will be hijacked by IncrediMail graphics. For casual users, these might not be such a big deal, but anyone wanting to send official or business related emails won’t be able to compromise. Still, if that’s the case, you probably won’t be using IncrediMail in the first place.
